It’s not uncommon to estimate a (low) budget for Level One design and end up with lower costs for one action item, and higher costs for another. Every project is unique. I’ve learned over time that the first project for each new client tends to take longer than estimated time on task hours because of the “collaboration” ramp up, however a client’s second project tends to get expedited at a much more rapid rate (unless additional custom updating is requested) because the Company template has branded, design and developed and new topic content can be migrated into it much more quickly and audio files can be produced with less time.
