Before and After

DART ETHICS AND CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

PROJECT DETAILS

DATE: Sept 2021 – October 2022

DELIVERABLES: Three Level Two e-Learning solutions: “Ethics,” “Records Management” and “Corporate Card Program Training”

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Learner Audience: Organization-wide Mandated Learning
Design Features: Main Menu variable toll gate completion triggering: Variable triggering, object triggering (faux button layer and object button layer.)
Player settings: Modern player, full control settings, Menu, seek bar permission, Menu – options restricted.
LMS Publishing Settings: SCORM 2004, Reporting and Tracking: Pass/Fail.
THE CHALLENGE
The organization sought the migration of instructor-led compliance training to eLearning to meet the needs of the Company. They also requested custom content branding, interactive real-time scenarios and knowledge checks and a 20-question random pull Quiz at the end with 80% completion scores to meet their compliance completion mandate.
THE SOLUTION
The final Scope of Work included a custom nine Module learning solution that included Scenarios (tbd), Knowledge Checks (tbd) and a 20 question random-pull cumulative assessment, so I designed a custom branded template, mocked up various prototype scenes for the topic content, the scenarios and the Knowledge Check, Main Menu and Wrap up scenes.
THE OUTCOME
My work resulted in a WIN for United Training: The “Ethics” solution inspired two additional custom ILT migration to eLearning project assignments under my analysis, planning and management.
``A`` aka Analysis
Planning and Managment
I conducted a thorough Needs Analysis, (and two others from the same client), drafted the budgets and timelines and the Scope of work, planned the project ``soup to nuts`` and managed the project ``cradle to grave.`` *SEE VIDEO BELOW.
``D``
Design
Mock-ups and prototypes, recommended best practice to “chunk” content and utilize three interactive designs, migrated client content into the template, sourced and branded graphics, created custom brand.
I designed a master eLearning template nine Module learning solution:
Module 1: Welcome
Module 2: Introduction
Module 3 - Module 7 Topics
Consecutive Module completion tracking Main Menu
One random-pull Quiz bank of 20 questions populated with 20 MC and TF quiz question and response scene
*Each topic included Title, topic and Summery scenes
Knowledge Checks Scenes
Interactive Scenarios Scenes
Module 9: Wrap Up Scene
``D`` = Development
Rapid Authoring - eLearning
Developed nine course template that included Welcome, Introduction, Title, Summery, Wrap Up, Knowledge Checks, Scenario scenes, created random pull Quiz bank of 20 questions (branded, updated, populated 20 MC and TF quiz question and response scenes ), animation included content synch to audio files, various entrance and exit animations, motion paths, drafted Learning Objectives, wrote narration scripts and produced Voice Over generated audio files.
``I`` = Implementation
Learning Management System Testing
Alpha and Beta implementation testing was conducted by the client, and all comments were acknowledged, resolved and integrated back into the learning solution. The course was also submitted to the Legal Department for feedback, and additional content will be submitted for integration for finalization.
``E`` = EVALUATION
Learner Feedback
This course has yet to be deployed. The project is pending Legal Department updates.
