Learning Program Work Scope: Twelve weeks of T3 CEMS (aka Manager) VLT (already under way), six-week Garage video broadcast production to launch April 2021 and three on-site Retailer presentations in the Fall (in negotiations) and in addition to (or concurrently with) the LPU eLearning University courses.
Time on Task: I was on-boarded to the project one week before deadline (to share the work with Beth Sargent an ID whose schedule had been impacted) during which we provided approx. 60 hours of time on task taking the solution through two branching scenario (and updated content) iterations, the alpha and beta review phase with client SMEs and implementation. The promo was delivered to the client by deadline.
Client Feedback: “Bath and L’Oreal, this is beautiful! Outstanding work…Client is going to love this. Thank you thank you, once again!”
Outcomes: The eLearning promo was presented to the client in a program pitch meeting, and was so enthusiastically received that the client introduced a need for an entire university of courses and the “Love Promise eLearning University” (20 – 30 courses) that is being integrated into the LPU program work scope with a projected project launch date of Fall / Winter 2021.
Testimonial: “… I’m sure you’ve heard just how GREAT the client reaction was to your and L’Oreal’s work was. It helped us secure a massive new piece of business that we’ll all have an opportunity to work on. Thank you, both, for your tireless dedication, creativity, and attention to detail. The team and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with you throughout this process.”
